Responsable de Seguimiento al Bienestar de Prepa

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive care and follow-up for high school students facing physical, mental, or wellness challenges.
• Coordinate with institutional health professionals and services to ensure timely and integral attention for each case.
• Maintain precise and confidential records of all health cases in MAXIENT, ensuring privacy regulation compliance.
• Provide emotional support, guidance, and resources to help individuals navigate available university services.
• Develop and implement mental health awareness and education activities on campus to promote prevention.
• Coordinate the reintegration process for students returning from health-related leaves of absence.
• Analyze health needs assessments to identify necessary resources and services for students and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work (Licenciatura en Psicología o Trabajo Social).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in psychological interviewing and psychological testing.
• Proven experience in report writing, group management, and public speaking (oratoria).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
