About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote EssilorLuxottica products and services to opticians to increase market share
- Develop revenue and growth across assigned departments (27, 14, and 76)
- Manage the sector in coordination with other commercial actors and the sales agency
- Prepare and lead meetings with opticians and their professional teams
- Manage local key accounts in collaboration with the Regional Director
Requirements
- Higher education in sales or optics
- Proven experience in prospecting, commercial negotiation, and new product development
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence demanding stakeholders
- High availability for travel, including visits, evenings, and trade shows
- Business-oriented mindset with strong autonomy and organizational skills
