Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Black+Decker, Stanley, DEWALT, and Facom brands within the retail market
• Manage commercial client relationships, including account opening, order tracking, disputes, and collections
• Implement and monitor regional and national commercial agreements in support of the key accounts team
• Execute the annual Commercial Action Plan and apply commercial policies set by management
• Provide regular reporting to the Sales Director regarding regional performance and activities
• Manage stock levels and coordinate commercial actions for assigned retail clients

Requirements

• Commercial or technical training
• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the tool industry or a technical field
• Strong knowledge of merchandising and shelf management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other digital tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Highly organized with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously
