Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Black+Decker, Stanley, DEWALT, and Facom brands within the retail market
• Manage commercial development for clients, including stock management and commercial actions
• Oversee the full commercial relationship from account opening and order tracking to dispute resolution and collection
• Implement and monitor regional agreements in support of the key accounts team
• Deploy national agreements across the assigned territory
• Provide regular reporting to the Sales Director and establish an annual Commercial Action Plan

Requirements

• Commercial or technical training
• At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in tools or a technical field
• Strong knowledge of merchandising and shelf management
• Proficiency in IT tools, specifically Excel
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
• Autonomous with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong organizational skills
