Responsable de Secteur Grands Comptes

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and retain non-banking prescribers (brokers, real estate agencies, business providers) in your sector
• Organize information and training meetings regarding products, financing, and investment
• Manage leads from prescribers and direct approaches
• Support clients in primary residence projects (VEFA) and real estate investment projects
• Present programs, perform sales simulations, and create financing plans
• Manage the sales process from reservation to notary signature
• Coordinate files with the Back-Office and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor performance and report activity regularly

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate and/or investment
• Proven expertise in selling new housing (VEFA)
• Experience in B2C sales and working with brokers or real estate agencies
• Strong knowledge of real estate financing
• Ability to manage a sector autonomously and meet commercial objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate investment (unfurnished or furnished)
• Proficiency with industry tools such as Top Invest or equivalent
• Degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in commerce, real estate, finance, or wealth management
