Responsable de Secteur GMS

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of GMS and traditional retail clients in the Toulon area (including departments 83, 04, 05, and Corsica)
• Develop sales, market share, and visibility for BIC's Writing, Lighters, and Shavers categories
• Ensure the application of commercial policies, including pricing, labeling, promotions, and shelf visibility
• Optimize product placement, promotional plans, and planogram compliance in-store
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with department heads and store managers
• Advise clients on assortment, market trends, and category performance
• Manage orders for permanent stock and seasonal operations such as "Back to School"
• Conduct regular competitive intelligence and report field data regarding prices and consumer habits

Requirements

• Degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in commerce, sales, management, or an equivalent field
• Significant sales experience in FMCG, ideally in a field-based role such as Sector Manager or GMS Sales Representative
• Strong understanding of retail challenges including merchandising, negotiation, and promotional planning
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage frequent travel within the assigned sector
• Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license is mandatory
