Responsable de Secteur – Distribution Peinture Automobile

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue and profitability within the automotive paint distribution sector for departments 42, 69, and 71
• Manage, retain, and grow a client portfolio including body shops, distributors, networks, and dealerships
• Actively prospect for new business opportunities to expand market share
• Negotiate commercial terms in alignment with group pricing policies
• Plan and optimize sales routes and monitor sector performance (turnover, margins, volumes)
• Provide regular reporting and structured data entry via CRM
• Collaborate with the technical team to organize product demonstrations and client trials
• Support clients with technical solutions and resolve service disputes

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B field sales
• Background in automotive paint, body shop consumables, or a similar technical industry (industrial equipment, maintenance, etc.)
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with CRM tools and office software
• Ability to work autonomously in a mobile role requiring frequent travel
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service
