About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate needs at the homes of beneficiaries and develop personalized support plans
- Propose suitable caregivers in collaboration with the sector coordinator
- Conduct regular quality visits to supervise services and ensure satisfaction
- Manage recruitment processes
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
- Provide accurate reporting to the agency manager
Requirements
- Minimum Bac + 2 degree in sanitary or medico-social sectors
- Successful first professional experience in the sector
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector and public/private health issues
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- High level of commitment and work capacity
