Responsibilities

• Manage home care requests from prospects, including needs assessment and care plan development
• Propose suitable caregivers based on beneficiary needs
• Supervise services to ensure quality and satisfaction for beneficiaries and their families
• Coordinate schedules and contracts for a team of approximately thirty caregivers
• Manage replacements for absences or leave

Requirements

• Successful professional experience in the medico-social sector
• Level 5 diploma (BTS, DUT, DEUST, or professional title)
• Strong knowledge of the private and/or public health sector
• Driver's license (Permis B) and vehicle
• Proficiency in planning software and general IT tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
