Responsibilities

• Manage home care requests from prospects including needs assessment and care plan development
• Propose suitable caregivers based on beneficiary needs
• Manage intervention schedules for caregivers
• Supervise services to ensure quality and beneficiary satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with local health and medico-social professionals
• Provide precise reporting to the agency manager
• Participate in the recruitment, supervision, and retention of caregivers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal services with caregivers and local institutions
• Degree (BTS, Master, etc.) or training in personal services, sanitary, or social sectors
• Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
• High autonomy, adaptability, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy field-based operational work
• Proficiency with digital tools
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
