Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs and develop care plans for prospective clients
• Propose suitable home care assistants based on beneficiary needs
• Manage intervention schedules for care assistants
• Supervise services to ensure quality and satisfaction for beneficiaries and their families
• Build and maintain relationships with local health and medico-social professionals
• Provide precise reporting to the agency manager
• Participate in the recruitment and management of home care assistants

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal services and working with care assistants, beneficiaries, and local institutions (CLIC, CCAS, etc.)
• Bac +2 degree (BTS, IUT, DUT, DEUG) specialized in the social, medico-social, or personal services sector
• Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
• High autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
• Willingness to work in the field with strong operational involvement
• Proficiency with digital tools
