Responsibilities
- Evaluate needs and develop care plans for prospective clients
- Propose suitable home care assistants based on beneficiary needs
- Manage intervention schedules for care assistants
- Supervise services to ensure quality and satisfaction for beneficiaries and their families
- Build and maintain relationships with local health and medico-social professionals
- Provide precise reporting to the agency manager
- Participate in the recruitment and management of home care assistants
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in personal services and working with care assistants, beneficiaries, and local institutions (CLIC, CCAS, etc.)
- Bac +2 degree (BTS, IUT, DUT, DEUG) specialized in the social, medico-social, or personal services sector
- Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
- High autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
- Willingness to work in the field with strong operational involvement
- Proficiency with digital tools
