Responsable de secteur Avène

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of Avène brand ranges by managing relationships with pharmacies and parapharmacies in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes sector.
• Execute "Sell In" activities through negotiation and order taking to optimize stock levels.
• Implement "Sell Out" strategies by securing visibility for commercial operations and managing merchandising recommendations.
• Conduct training and advisory sessions for pharmacy teams to increase product knowledge and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage B2B influencers and partner networks, including wholesalers and opinion leaders.
• Perform regular field visits, maintaining systematic appointment planning and detailed activity reporting.
• Manage cooperative budgets to ensure optimal ROI on specific pharmacy operations.

Requirements

• Commercial degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
• Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience.
• Proven mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous commercial experience specifically within the pharmacy or parapharmacy sector.
