Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs at the homes of beneficiaries and develop personalized support plans
• Propose suitable caregivers in collaboration with the sector coordinator
• Conduct regular quality visits to supervise services and ensure beneficiary satisfaction
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
• Provide accurate reporting to the agency manager

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in the sanitary or medico-social sectors
• Successful first professional experience in the sector
• Strong understanding of private and/or public health sector challenges
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• High level of commitment and work capacity
