Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive Human Resources processes for the company
• Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation
• Coordinate payroll processing with accounting firms and external advisors
• Manage relationships with unions, labor lawyers, and external organizations
• Supervise time tracking, overtime, leaves, vacations, and absenteeism
• Participate in resolving labor conflicts and complex situations
• Lead recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions
• Design and implement actions for area professionalization and continuous improvement
• Provide support to leaders and managers regarding people management
• Collaborate on workforce planning for new openings and growth projects

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles
• Previous experience in medium or large companies, preferably with over 100 employees
• Solid knowledge of personnel administration and labor legislation
• Experience coordinating payroll, updates, and administrative processes
• Experience interacting with unions, legal, and accounting firms
• Experience leading recruitment and selection processes
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
• Proficiency in IT tools and management systems
