Responsibilities

• Contribute to the routine maintenance of the real estate portfolio and technical surveillance of installations
• Ensure housing security through safety visits and anomaly management
• Monitor and control the execution of works and manage technical client complaints
• Support rental and commercial management by welcoming and orienting clients
• Conduct courtesy visits and participate in the social management of residences
• Perform move-in inspections and ensure compliance with internal regulations
• Facilitate new tenant integration and provide residence orientation
• Maintain a weekly presence on-site to ensure proximity management
• Control cleaning services to guarantee a clean living environment

Requirements

• BTS in real estate professions or equivalent
• At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role
• Technical knowledge of building maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Adaptability and initiative
• Teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IKOS and ELIPSO software
