Responsable de Projet Client

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational monitoring of customer satisfaction and deploy national and regional surveys
• Manage service providers including research institutes, customer review tools, and community managers
• Analyze results, produce reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Support regional directions and business teams in using customer experience tools
• Manage customer reviews on the Trustpilot platform
• Handle customer dissatisfaction alerts and complaints
• Participate in the creation of customer communication materials and digital projects
• Coordinate between internal teams, business units, and external providers
• Contribute to internal communication and content writing

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication
• First experience in transverse project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent writing skills
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and organization
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
