Responsibilities

• Pilot a manufacturing sector to ensure production objectives and performance levels regarding quality, quantity, costs, and deadlines
• Manage teams by communicating global orientations, setting individual objectives, and supporting skill development
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting communication, trust, and group cohesion
• Organize workshop activities and ensure the effectiveness of operational reviews
• Deliver products in compliance with quality, health, safety, deadline, and cost requirements
• Contribute to the industrial vision and manage strategic projects within the roadmap
• Continuously improve work organization and production flows by anticipating operational constraints

Requirements

• Engineering degree (HES, EPF, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in industrial management
• Experience in change management
• Natural leadership, listening skills, and empathy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Managerial courage and situational intelligence
