About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, and supervise daily production on food production lines
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) and traceability rules
- Manage the startup, shutdown, and adjustment of equipment in coordination with maintenance teams
- Control product quality during manufacturing and implement corrective actions
- Manage, coordinate, and train production operators through briefings and skill monitoring
- Track production indicators such as yield, losses, and non-conformities
- Manage production priorities and communicate with logistics, quality, and maintenance departments
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement actions (5S, Lean)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team management within food production or similar industry
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP) and good production practices
- Analytical skills, organizational ability, and priority management
- Leadership and ability to manage teams in 2x8 or 3x8 shifts
- Availability for occasional on-call duties
- Driver's license (Permis B) preferred
