Responsable de Procesos y Tecnología para Desarrollo de Aplicaciones

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor business processes to identify automation and improvement opportunities
• Lead digital transformation projects with a specific focus on integrating Generative AI into business processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to integrate technological solutions
• Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented technology
• Ensure technological solutions align with the company's strategic objectives
• Manage budgets assigned to technology and process improvement projects
• Ensure software delivery quality and the viability of development technologies including Angular, Java, and Cloud services

Requirements

• University degree in Computer, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, IT consulting, or technology project development
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies
• General knowledge of web technologies, mobile applications, Java, and cloud web services
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum
• Experience in project management (PMP certification is a plus)
• Proficiency with data analysis tools like SQL
• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (C1 level)
