Responsable de Procesos Internos

Responsibilities

• Plan production and adjust schedules based on demand and real-time availability
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants to ensure operational feasibility
• Manage production priorities and sequences
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and critical components
• Identify supply risks and coordinate with the Purchasing department to mitigate them
• Optimize stock levels and balance inventories between different plants
• Analyze inventory rotation, obsolescence, and general behavior
• Monitor KPIs, detect deviations, and propose corrective actions

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, ADE, Logistics, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial planning
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI or other dashboard tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Lean manufacturing mindset and ability to structure processes
• Ability to anticipate risks, manage priorities, and work under pressure
• Strong transversal communication skills
