Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the design of infrastructures directly related to tramways (track layout, platform, railway)
• Lead the integration of System needs into Infrastructures
• Define and manage recruitment and operational needs for the pole
• Provide technical supervision and management for the teams
• Oversee knowledge management through feedback and the creation of guide documents
• Manage, federate, and motivate teams to achieve set objectives
• Participate in business development and skill enhancement

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of similar experience
• Experience in management and project steering in MOE (Project Management Assistance)
• Interest in business development
• Proactive and dynamic personality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Recommended proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel within France and occasionally internationally
