Responsable de Planificación y Control

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and control the company's Strategic Plan to ensure long-term financial objectives align with Telxius and Telefónica Group strategies.
• Contribute to the Annual Budget and closing forecasts (revenue, costs, and performance indicators) for both Telxius Telecom and consolidated levels.
• Coordinate the preparation of various reports for Telefónica (outlooks, flash, and closing) and minority partners, analyzing key variations.
• Prepare management reports for presentation to the Telefónica MRM, Telxius Management Committee, and the Telxius Board of Directors.
• Analyze and approve expense requests, ensuring correct allocation and compliance with budget and profitability targets.
• Manage and ensure the correct functioning of systems and tools for management tracking and control.
• Coordinate and consolidate the investment budget (CAPEX), managing requests to ensure alignment with profitability goals.
• Monitor project execution to identify delays or deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Advise on and analyze new business opportunities, specifically regarding colocation, including business plan development.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• High level of proficiency in English and Spanish (C1).
• Advanced mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Experience with planning tools such as Rosetta or BPC.

• MBA degree.
