Responsable de Parc Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire vehicle repair process for the SIXT fleet, focusing on accidental damage
• Evaluate repair costs and determine the best repair methods (bodywork, mechanics, electricity)
• Negotiate quotes, order spare parts, and manage supplier relationships
• Optimize vehicle downtime to minimize non-utilized time
• Provide technical support to agencies and participate in staff technical training
• Control billing and manage fleet maintenance costs
• Ensure compliance with European and French road regulations and OEM manufacturer contracts

Requirements

• Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in automotive repair, bodywork, or fleet maintenance
• At least 5 years of experience in bodywork, automotive expertise, or workshop management
• Strong technical knowledge of bodywork, mechanics, powertrain, and electricity
• Proficiency with Office tools and expertise software such as IRIS, SIDEXA, or GT Motive
• Professional proficiency in English
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately one day per week
• Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a team
