Responsable de Operación Comercial (ROC)

Responsibilities

• Guarantee excellent execution of the operating model across assigned stores
• Manage work teams by establishing objectives, evaluating performance, and providing feedback
• Identify new expansion points to increase market share
• Implement best practices by identifying operational deviations and opportunities
• Ensure the correct use of business assets, values, and resources through established processes and policies
• Drive change and transformation processes within operations
• Act as a link between administrative areas and store operations to ensure sales and profitability targets are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management
• Proven experience working within the retail industry
• Experience in team management, budgeting, and operational KPIs
• Experience developing profitability and business expansion strategies
