Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate legal requirements regarding occupational risk prevention and environmental standards to all departments.
• Collaborate with the Prevention Service to identify and evaluate risks, including hygiene and ergonomics assessments.
• Identify and evaluate potential environmental impacts of the plant.
• Define operational controls and HSE activity planning in coordination with the Plant Director to prevent accidents and environmental incidents.
• Promote and provide training in Safety and Environment, including the organization of AFA days.
• Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including operational controls and official environmental documentation.
• Lead ergonomic assessments using the Inergo method and manage the corresponding database.
• Implement and maintain the Energy Management System in accordance with ISO 50001 requirements.
• Monitor and report HSE indicators and energy efficiency KPIs to both Plant and Group levels.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in occupational risk management and environmental impact assessment.
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO 50001 standards.
• Proficiency in performing ergonomic evaluations using the Inergo method.
• Experience in hazardous waste management and environmental documentation.
• Strong knowledge of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) safety protocols.
• Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
