Responsibilities

• Analyze scheduling management requirements for tenders, including structure and reporting constraints.
• Define and monitor the tender preparation schedule through to submission.
• Detail tender schedules based on reference libraries, gap analysis, and project strategy.
• Identify critical paths and scheduling risks, proposing optimization and mitigation actions.
• Develop and update project schedules (internal and external) based on WBS and contractual objectives.
• Coordinate and synchronize all stakeholders to ensure consistency in internal and external commitments.
• Organize and lead periodic project schedule review sessions.
• Prepare monthly scheduling and progress reports.
• Promote time management awareness and contribute to lessons learned (REX) to improve best practices.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Diplôme d'ingénieur).
• 3 years of experience in project scheduling processes within the industrial or railway sectors.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools, specifically Primavera or TILOS.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Experience working across various internal processes such as Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and evolving project objectives.
