Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of the delegation, coordinating technical and economic activities.
• Develop business and consolidate commercial relationships by identifying growth opportunities in building.
• Manage and develop technical teams in Valencia and Alicante, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Control results and report to the Operations Management, analyzing productivity and margin indicators.
• Guarantee technical excellence in projects, supervising inspection, control, and technical assistance in building.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience in technical control (OCT) companies or installation consultancy is valued.
• Solid knowledge of the Technical Building Code (CTE) and applicable regulations (REBT, RITE, RIPCI).
• Consolidated experience in building and construction sites.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Commercial orientation and business vision.
• Analytical and planning capabilities.
