Responsibilities

• Manage the multi-technology acquisition portfolio for the Ebauches sector
• Supervise transverse innovation projects within the Ebauches sector
• Drive project momentum through effective collaboration with internal services
• Provide regular and factual reporting on project progress
• Conduct individual follow-ups and development for team members
• Foster team spirit and establish common operational standards
• Ensure compliance with company fundamentals and core values

Requirements

• Higher education degree in engineering, microtechnics, mechanics, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience in managing technological or organizational projects
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Strong knowledge of the precision mechanical industry and LEAN principles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-supplier orientation skills
• Natural leadership ability with a capacity to motivate and unite teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge within the watchmaking industry
