Responsibilities

• Guarantee industrial performance regarding quality, costs, and deadlines to satisfy internal customers
• Ensure alignment between workload and capacity based on production imperatives and organize resources accordingly
• Set objectives, monitor progress, and coordinate ongoing actions to drive results
• Manage activities using operational excellence tools
• Motivate and involve the team by communicating results and expectations, valuing successes, and encouraging continuous improvement
• Optimize processes and working methods to improve profitability through continuous improvement
• Manage the operating budget and address any variances

Requirements

• Technicien ES in business processes, Engineer, or equivalent training
• Strong knowledge of standard office tools and SAP
• Solid experience in management and leadership roles
• Dynamic and unifying leadership style
• Autonomous and enterprising with an analytical and innovative mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage a team and collaborate effectively across departments
