Responsable de Farmacia

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage branch team activities to ensure correct application of service protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists.
• Execute actions to maintain updated inventories, product facing, and proper arrangement of merchandise.
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the assigned pharmacy branch.
• Evaluate staff performance through metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs.
• Oversee the execution of current processes and policies to maximize utility and control expenses.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and point of sale management.
• Proven experience in personnel management and team leadership.
• Experience in the management and administration of values/cash handling.
• A Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas is highly desirable.
