Responsable de Farmacia

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage branch team activities to ensure correct application of service protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established business metrics, generate sales reports, and perform operational checklists.
• Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing, and proper organization and cleanliness of the branch.
• Evaluate staff performance through metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs.
• Oversee the execution of current processes and policies to drive profitability and expense control.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and point of sale (POS) operations.
• Experience in personnel management and team leadership.
• Experience in value management and administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas.
