Responsable de Fabrication de Béton Prêt à l'Emploi

Responsibilities

• Organize and participate in management, supply, production, and maintenance activities across multiple production units.
• Supervise order processing, production planning, and delivery of ready-mix concrete.
• Manage raw material supply, storage, and validation.
• Perform first-level equipment maintenance, including lubrication and filter cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations, specifically regarding water management.
• Conduct quality self-control through sampling (consistency, test specimens, raw materials).
• Manage drivers and handle customer inquiries or complaints regarding deliveries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ready-mix concrete production or a similar operational role.
• Technical training at minimum Bac or Bac pro level (e.g., electrotechnics, production, or industrial maintenance).
• Demonstrated experience in team management.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and versatility.
• Ability to work in a mobile/itinerant capacity across multiple sites (Gujan, Villenave d'Ornon, Cestas).
