Responsable de Estudios - Sector Mantenimiento de Instalaciones

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy studies related to comprehensive facility maintenance services, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Prepare economic-financial models by analyzing service tender documents and technical requirements.
• Draft commercial offers and participate in technical and economic negotiations with clients.
• Perform site visits to collect necessary information and define service characteristics such as personnel, machinery, and consumables.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor relations to request and evaluate quotes.
• Maintain and track opportunities and offers using CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
• Technical knowledge in HVAC systems (VRV, split, chillers, etc.), fire detection and extinction systems, and low voltage electrical networks.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, project management software, and technical documentation interpretation.
• Strong understanding of current regulations, including RITE, REBT, and CTE.
• Experience with state procurement and bidding platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience conducting maintenance studies for public lighting.
