Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant installations, including incineration, steam production, and water treatment, via centralized control or on-site.
• Ensure energy performance, meet production objectives, and maintain atmospheric emission quality through indicator monitoring.
• Manage waste flows, reagents, and by-products, including weighing, unloading, and stock management.
• Enforce site safety, environmental, and cleanliness regulations.
• Report anomalies to the Operations Manager, propose adjustments, and maintain traceability using GMAO and shift logs.
• Perform first-level maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team as required.

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac Pro or BTS).
• Previous industrial experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge, ideally in thermics (heat/steam).
• Proficiency with computer tools and digital systems.
• Ability to work in a 3x8 shift rotation.
• High level of autonomy, adaptability, and reactivity.
