Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant installations, including incineration, steam production, and water treatment, either on-site or via centralized control.
• Guarantee energy performance and emission quality by monitoring key performance indicators.
• Manage the flow of waste, reagents, and by-products, including weighing, unloading, and stock management.
• Apply and enforce site safety, environmental, and cleanliness regulations.
• Report anomalies to the operations manager, propose adjustments, and ensure traceability using maintenance management tools (GMAO).
• Perform first-level maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team as required.
• Work within a 3x8 shift rotation to ensure continuous facility operation.

Requirements

• Technical training such as BEP, Bac pro, or BTS.
• Proven experience working in an industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge, ideally within the thermal or energy sectors.
• Ability and willingness to work in a 3x8 shift rotation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
