Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant installations, including incineration, steam production, and water treatment, either on-site or via centralized control.
• Ensure energy performance, meet production objectives, and maintain atmospheric emission quality through indicator monitoring.
• Manage waste, reagent, and byproduct flows, including weighing, unloading, evacuation, and stock management.
• Enforce site safety, environmental, and cleanliness regulations.
• Report anomalies to the Operations Manager, propose adjustments, and maintain traceability using digital tools (GMAO, shift logs).
• Perform first-level maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team as required.
• Manage the arrival and localization of site visitors.

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac pro or BTS).
• Previous industrial experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge, ideally in thermal processes.
• Ability to work in a 3x8 shift rotation.
• Proficiency with computer tools and digital monitoring systems.
• High level of autonomy, adaptability, and reactivity.
