Responsibilities

• Optimize energy production and unit operation (combustion, emissions, energy production)
• Operate the installation via the control room under various conditions (stabilized, degraded, critical)
• Manage silo and pit levels (REFIOM, reagents)
• Analyze supervision system data to detect and remedy performance drifts
• Perform first-level diagnostics and maintenance on equipment
• Organize, supervise, and lead the shift team
• Train and develop team member skills
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environment, and energy policies

Requirements

• Bac + 2 level qualification
• Industrial experience or training in electrotechnics, industrial maintenance, thermal engineering, or line piloting
• Ability to manage shift teams
• Knowledge of waste cycles and waste flow management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to detect dangerous situations
• Effective oral and written communication skills
