About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuity and performance of installations while respecting energy objectives
- Adapt operations to different operating regimes and propose improvement areas
- Perform technical rounds, identify drifts and breakdowns, and coordinate maintenance interventions
- Supervise external service providers and coordinate work with other teams
- Guarantee the safety of people and equipment and manage emergency procedures
Requirements
- Technical training in electrotechnics, regulation, automation, or equivalent
- Industrial experience in operating thermal installations or energy production (pressure equipment, Turbo-Alternator Group, boilers)
- Ability to manage priorities
- Effective communication and ability to transmit clear messages
