Responsable de conduite autonome (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and operate the installation for steam production and energy recovery from waste, both on-site and via the centralized control system
• Manage material and residue flows, including reception, storage, and evacuation
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and actively contribute to their continuous improvement
• Detect, analyze, and report anomalies while proposing concrete optimizations
• Monitor performance indicators to ensure continuous production quality
• Participate in analyzing malfunctions and implementing corrective actions
• Perform first-level maintenance operations

Requirements

• Technical training (BEP, Bac pro, or BTS)
• Proven experience working in an industrial environment
• Strong technical knowledge related to plant operations
• High level of autonomy and ability to manage shifts independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Curiosity and adaptability to new processes
