Responsable de conduite autonome (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and operate the installation for steam production and energy recovery from waste, both on-site and via the centralized control system.
• Manage material and residue flows, including reception, storage, and evacuation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and actively contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Detect, analyze, and report anomalies while proposing concrete operational optimizations.
• Monitor performance indicators to ensure continuous production quality.
• Participate in analyzing malfunctions and implementing corrective actions.
• Perform first-level maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Technical training (BEP, Bac pro, or BTS).
• Proven experience working in an industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge related to plant operations.
• High level of autonomy and ability to manage shifts independently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Curiosity and adaptability to evolving industrial processes.
