Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process and temporary staff management for a client in the automotive industry
• Source, select, and interview candidates to meet client needs
• Act as a daily point of contact for HR services and production managers
• Provide field presence to support temporary workers (integration, training, workplace safety)
• Handle administrative and legal formalities including contracts, medical visits, and reporting
• Develop partnerships with local employment and professional training actors

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree or significant experience in customer relations
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• High level of reactivity and adaptability
• Willingness to work on-site and in the field
