About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze the commercial offer of the catchment area and propose merchandising plans for shopping centers
- Prospect brands to complete the merchandising of existing sites and new projects
- Negotiate financial and legal terms of commercial leases in collaboration with the legal department
- Manage the commercialization of vacant lots and the renewal of existing leases
- Act as a liaison between technical services, center management, and tenants
- Organize the transfer of business assets (cession de fonds de commerce)
- Support rent collection in coordination with the property management department
- Maintain commercial reporting, including signature tracking and updating commercial plans
- Prepare commercial updates for meetings with landlords and participate in semi-annual business plan preparation
Requirements
- Higher education degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in the commercialization of ground-floor premises
- Strong knowledge of commercial lease negotiation
- Proficiency in office tools
- Determined, business-oriented personality
