About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze the commercial offer of the catchment area and propose a merchandising plan for the shopping center
- Participate in site positioning reflections to develop attractiveness and turnover
- Prospect brands to complete the merchandising of commercial sites for new or existing projects
- Negotiate financial and legal lease terms in collaboration with the legal department
- Act as a liaison between technical services, center management, and tenants
- Negotiate lease renewals and organize business transfers
- Commercialize vacant lots for existing sites
- Support rent collection in coordination with the rental management department
- Update commercial tracking tables and merchandising plans
- Prepare commercial reports for meetings with landlords
- Participate in the preparation of semi-annual business plans with Asset Management
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Initial experience in commercializing ground-floor premises
- Knowledge of commercial lease negotiation
- Proficiency in office automation tools
- Business-oriented and determined personality
