Responsable d'Atelier Engins TP

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and curative maintenance for rental equipment (platforms, aerial work platforms, etc.)
• Perform diagnostics and intervene on-site if necessary to ensure effective repairs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and address observations from control reports
• Plan and lead workshop team activities, including work organization and task prioritization
• Coach and train team members to improve skills
• Manage costs, supplier orders, and optimize purchases within the annual budget
• Verify compliance of parts and services upon receipt
• Schedule periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with clients
• Maintain workshop tracking documents and provide regular progress reporting
• Guarantee team safety and adherence to hygiene and quality rules

Requirements

• Degree in industrial equipment maintenance, or construction/agricultural machinery maintenance
• Proven successful first experience in a similar role
• Technical passion and hands-on approach
• Ability to handle customer situations professionally and reassure clients
• Rigorous, curious, and versatile
• Willingness to perform occasional regional travel
• Strong team spirit and service orientation
