Responsable d'atelier de production

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise Zamak die casting operations to ensure production schedules are met.
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 20 operators, setters, and technicians.
• Guarantee productivity, quality, and cost objectives while monitoring workshop performance indicators.
• Optimize cycle times and machine yields through continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing processes.
• Supervise press settings and peripherals, and participate in the development of new molds.
• Coordinate corrective actions for technical malfunctions in collaboration with maintenance and quality departments.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules and quality standards.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in foundry, plastics, mechanics, or industrial production.
• Proven previous experience in workshop or production management.
• Strong knowledge of die casting processes, machinery, and peripherals.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of metallurgy and tooling.
• Proficiency in production tracking tools and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
