About the Company

Since 2014, L’École des XV works to offer children from sensitive neighborhoods the same chances of success as everyone else. Our program accompanies young people from CM2 to 3ème through a dual academic and educational path based on the values of rugby: respect, commitment, solidarity, and self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the pedagogical and educational project, ensuring quality and ambition
• Coordinate individual evaluations and educational follow-up for youth
• Manage and grow a team of employees and volunteers
• Act as a field educator (80% of the time) in direct contact with children
• Oversee administrative, financial, and logistical operations
• Maintain and consolidate partnerships with schools, colleges, and local authorities

Requirements

• State Diploma of Specialized Educator (DEES), teaching diploma, or equivalent (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with adolescents in difficulty
• 2 years of experience in management or team coordination
• Strong sensitivity to sports and education through rugby
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits

• Salary between €29,000 and €31,000 gross/year
