Responsable d'Antenne/Educateur Spécialisé

Responsibilities

• Pilot the implementation and development of the local pedagogical project
• Manage teams of employees and volunteers
• Act as a field educator (80% of time) in direct contact with children
• Coordinate individual evaluations and educational follow-up for youth
• Manage administrative, logistical, and budgetary aspects
• Maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, local authorities, and sports clubs

Requirements

• State Diploma in Special Education (DEES), teaching diploma, or equivalent (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with adolescents in difficulty
• 2 years of experience in management or team coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interest in sports and education through rugby
