About the Company

Atlantique Automatismes Incendie (AAI) is an installer of sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in the building sector. With 23 branches in France, the company operates nationally and internationally with 650 employees in France. As a leader in fire protection, AAI handles design, prefabrication, installation, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the after-sales service (SAV) branch under the responsibility of the Branch Director
• Manage the client portfolio and drive the commercial development of the branch
• Define the strategy and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policy and ensure its proper application
• Guarantee branch performance and the skill development of collaborators

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Significant experience as a profit center manager or in a management role
• Passion for management and business development
• Knowledge of fire protection technical standards and the building industry is ideal
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, rigor, and analytical mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new challenges
