Responsable d'agence

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead building managers and employees within your sector
• Represent the territory internally and externally with local partners and authorities
• Participate in continuous service quality improvement
• Pilot sector activity in coordination with proximity managers
• Ensure rental park safety through security visits and fire safety monitoring
• Manage operating budgets and control service quality and compliance
• Handle technical complaints, including claims and damage tracking
• Contribute to rental and social management through mediation and move-in inspections
• Manage cleaning contracts and coordinate all service providers

Requirements

• Higher education degree (BTS Professions Immobilières or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar management role
• Strong adaptability, rigor, and teamwork skills
• Good writing and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with IKOS software is a plus
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required for daily travel
