About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead building managers and employees within your sector
- Represent the territory internally and externally with local partners and authorities
- Participate in continuous service quality improvement
- Pilot sector activity in coordination with proximity managers
- Ensure rental park safety through security visits and fire safety monitoring
- Manage operating budgets and control service quality and compliance
- Handle technical complaints, including claims and damage tracking
- Contribute to rental and social management through mediation and move-in inspections
- Manage cleaning contracts and coordinate all service providers
Requirements
- Higher education degree (BTS Professions Immobilières or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar management role
- Strong adaptability, rigor, and teamwork skills
- Good writing and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with IKOS software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required for daily travel
