Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates via telephone
- Organize and conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
- Assign childcare shifts and support nannies during their service
- Report regularly to the regional manager
- Develop and retain a client portfolio by convincing families to use the service
- Support families throughout the duration of the childcare service
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree
- Strong telephone presence and communication skills
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Dynamic, listening skills, and a positive attitude
- Interest in a sedentary commercial role
